Tuck’s minority business education programs are designed to develop and grow diversity in business. For over 38 years, the program has conducted leadership training in 39 states and served over 7,000 minority, Native American, and women business owners. Tuck also provides thought leadership that shapes public policy and corporate and public sector best practices.

All programs are designed to meet the needs of CEOs and senior leaders of diverse businesses through world-class, high-quality, and high-impact educational experiences. The results support the growth of participating companies, creating jobs and opportunity in their communities.
