Building a High-Performing Minority Business focuses on strategy implementation to drive results, leverage the value chain, and improve the bottom line.

The program is designed for owners of diverse business who are committed to advancing their business capabilities. A curriculum mixing strategy and operations helps these owners leverage the value chain to full advantage. Participants also explore financial statements to understand better how to improve cash flow and increase profits.

Two sessions are offered annually:


November 11–16, 2018: The core curriculum, offered in partnership with the Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance, featuring guest speakers from the healthcare industry. Applications for this program are currently open. Start your application.

May 19–24, 2019: The standard curriculum, open to diverse professionals from all industries. Applications for this program will open in early 2019.
