Building a High-Performing Minority Business focuses on strategy implementation to drive results, leverage the value chain, and improve the bottom line.

The program is designed for owners of diverse business who are committed to advancing their business capabilities, and helps owners sharpen their business strategy. Participants work with Tuck’s senior faculty to market to the right customers and showcase their value; explore financial statements to increase profits; motivate and retain their best employees; and hone their approach to leadership.

Two sessions are offered annually:

May 19–24, 2019: This session features the standard core program curriculum and is open to diverse professionals from all industries. Applications for this program are currently closed.

November 17–22, 2019: The session features the standard core program curriculum with additional healthcare programming offered in partnership with the Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance. It is also open to diverse professionals from all industries, but is an especially good fit for those who supply, or would like to supply, the healthcare industry. Applications for this program will open in late spring 2019.
